About Our FHO
An FHO is a group of physicians who work together to take care of their collective patients. FHO physicians are legally required to provide quality primary health care to their patients, including after hours access.
As part of the FHO, patients must agree to contact their family doctor (or FHO physicians) when they, or their child(ren) or dependent adults need primary care, medical advice or treatment. The only exceptions to this would be while they are on vacation elsewhere or it’s an emergency.
As a patient, you are listed on Dr. Nayar’s roster. He’s able to take care of you in various ways such as in person visits, phone calls, email, faxing prescriptions and through administrative staff.
Always call our office first! We are here to assist you. If we’re not available, our voicemail will give you the after hours phone number so that you can see one of the FHO physicians.
