WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING PATIENTS AT THIS TIME
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS: Appointments booked are for one issue only! Please do not come with a list of things you want to cover. If family members come with you, please note that they will not be seen by the doctor as well.
EMAIL: For urgent medical concerns, calling our office is the fastest way to reach us. Email should only be used when unable to reach by phone or unless directe to do so. To send general inquiries, appointment cancellations or inquiries, or to use when Dr. Nayar is not in the office, you can email Pam at info.drnayar@gmail.com. Always enter a subject line into the email or it will be filtered to spam. DO NOT send refill requests through email. This email will be monitored (except on weekends or holidays). Do not send anything urgent or personal to this address.

Helpful Information
Need a refill on your prescription? Please call your pharmacy 1-2 weeks before you run out to request they fax a refill request to allow us time to refill it. Dr. Nayar may be away or unavailable to respond immediately to your urgent requests.
FORMS: Please allow 2 weeks for forms to be completed by Dr. Nayar. If able, email a copy to him so that he can determine if he needs to see you to fill out sections of the form. You can send email to dr.nayar3155@gmail.com (be aware you will get a bounce back message but rest assured your message went through). Make sure you enter something into the subject line of the email otherwise it will be filtered to spam. Please fill in any patient information required before dropping them off or emailing forms. Some forms will require a visit to our office or phone call with Dr. Nayar and there may be a charge for filling it in.
