Announcements

If you have sinus symptoms, sore throat or a cough

you MUST wear a mask when visiting our office.

Christmas Break: Dr. Nayar will be out of the office Dec. 16-27. Dr. Powers will be in for emergency appointments.

Our office will be closed Dec. 23-27 and Dec. 31, Jan 1, 2025.

We will back in the office full time Jan 2, 2025.

Need a refill on your prescription? Please call your pharmacy 1-2 weeks before you run out to request they fax a refill request to allow us time to refill it.

FORMS: Please allow 2 weeks for forms to be completed by Dr. Nayar. If able, email a copy to him so that he can determine if he needs to see you to fill out sections of the form. You can email to dr.nayar3155@gmail.com (be aware you will get a bounce back message but rest assured your message went through). If forms are to be dropped off, please fill in any patient information required before dropping them off. Some forms will require a visit to our office or phone call with Dr. Nayar and there may be a charge for filling it in.
